They are sending “important documents” to the wrong address

I continue to get mail for the previous owners. These are some form of investment or retirement statements. Despite numerous requests to update their records, I still get this mail. The company has not bothered to respond. I've been trying to get this resolved of and on since moving here 5 years ago. I'll never put any of my money in Voya hands! Lousy service even on a simple address update. You would think the previous owner missed these important documents. Apparently not. User's recommendation: Avoid - poor communication / customer service.
