They are ripping us all off!
I have been a loyal volusion customer for years. Recently they raised their rates DRAMATICALLY. And now, to get the same services I was getting previously at $75 per month, I now need to spend $299 month! All of my customers have lost access to their My Rewards points, I can no longer integrate with Amazon or Ebay, Deal of the Day is gone, I lost my API access for integrations, and their customer service SUCKS (probably because of all the pissed off customers calling in after this ridiculous change). I can't even access the knowledge base articles now without being a PRO $299 a month member. How ridiculous is that! Volusion, BigCommerce and other ecommerce platforms will give me everything I need (as you did prior to this rate jump) for $79 a month. Why on earth would I stay with you at $299 a month? You've lost a good customer, and I imagine I'm not the only one jumping ship. You will not be able to survive in this competitive field with these high prices and lack of services. I'm dissapointed and feel like you've abused our trust - I'm a long time customer.
