In October 2020 I signed up to pay £9.99 a month on my credit card. They have started taking £119.98 a month. I have attempted to cancel my subscription, but according to their website I will be paying until July 2021 - with no service! It is impossible to contact their Customer Support. User's recommendation: Stay away from them. They are thieves.
