They are not resolving my issue for 5 months now

My furniture was bought last year in February . I also bought extended 5 years warranty. The furniture broke in December by itself . I started calling them and sending them emails with the pictures but they sent the technician in February . Then they said the furniture is not fixable . They keep giving me wrong statements every time I call them . Then they told me to call the warranty service and they will fix it . They denied my claim stating that the issue started before 30 days so they cant cover it . I dont know whats going on . Please someone needs to help me . My kids have gotten hurt from it like10 times User's recommendation: Don’t buy the furniture from them.
