They are crap

I am a person looking to rebuild my credit. Normally I wouldn't even look into a loan but when they send me a letter stating that I could take a small loan and then I go through the process and then they deny me and ding my credit on top of it. Kind of false advertising on their part. Don't send people false crap if you can't back it up...
