I booked a flight for family for 20th of June, Lagos to newyork, this airline went ahead to shift my flight from the one that had a layover of 55mins to the one of 20 hours, when there is a nearer one of 4hr 30 mins. I have made more than 60 calls to both their American number and their international number yet no response to come to an agreement. This is a *** service, and they lack customer service, I am going to sue these *** I am going to sue you for the stress. User's recommendation: Run away.
