Great western sent me a bill for missing a payment when I did not, they took it upon themselves to put my money towards principal and not my mortgage,when "i" contacted them ,they refused to send me proof that it was taken care of,she said "I'm fixing it now that is your proof"! User's recommendation: Run to another bank who are kind and have your interest at heart.
