I would be happy to give them all the 5 stars. Their services are great. But their live support is too long. I was waiting for more than an hour! And there was no line! I was the first! However, after their consultant answered at last, I got detailed answers to all questions. And he was not too technical, so I felt comfortable while talking to him. I fixed all my problems within an hour. Still, it would be great if the support was quicker. Time is money, you know. So, if you have any problem, be sure they will help you. Maybe not so fast but they will.
