They accused me if fraud & blocked my access

My computer crashed and I lost my password to WW. I contacted them and explained the issue but they refused to help me back into my account (I lost over 9 million points accrued and some actual cash. I created a new account but they closed it and; notified me that I was attempting to defraud the company. This is outrageous
