There thermostat is a joke. Its so poorly designed and confusing to use? Ive tried 7 times to get it to follow the schedule, but like clockwork it stays in the Away mode every night. The remote app is also a joke because it literally does nothing to control the system. All it is good for us to see the current temperature in the room. User's recommendation: Unless you like a thermostat that requires manual intervention, DONT GET CARRIER.
