There were problems, but they were quickly resolved
I’m having some problems connects with ordering from this store. The fact is that when I came to receive the goods at the office of the delivery service and we (together with the employees), unpacked the box, it turned out that the goods were damaged, I refused to pick it up and issued a return. I paid for the product in advance on the website and thought that I would have problems with the refund. But I called the support service, explained the situation, and they immediately offered me solutions to the situation. Firstly, I could refuse the product and the money for it would be returned to my account within a few days. Secondly, I could re-apply for the same product. I decided to give the another chance to online store and ordered a re-shipment of the goods. My purchase arrived 3 days later (I picked it up at the office and checked it thoroughly, this time everything was fine). Moreover, I received a bonus amount (approximately 5% of the value of my previous purchase) to my personal account, which I can spend next time.
