Well the way the Salesman handled the situation of them getting my Bed delivered to me. And the salesman was apologetic and then he became rude have waited three weeks for them to deliver my bed the first time no one called to tell me that my bed was not on the truck and that it would take another three weeks for me to get it then I spoke with another gentleman in the store and was very nice nasty and they just did not handle the whole situation well I'm very unhappy with Mattress Firm I winded up getting my money back and I will never deal with that company again nor will I recommend anyone else to deal with them the sales people are very rude and unprofessional User's recommendation: I Wont recommend they to anyone.
