I was temporarily suspended from PlayStation because someone reported my ID, which is actually my real last name. I understand why they think it could be offensive, but I would imagine they also don't know how to properly say it. I just want to talk to someone to plead my side of the story, but they really have no easy way of contacting them and getting the answers to the questions you are asking, plus they have kicked me off the chats all but one time. Even criminals who are on trial for murder have a chance to defend themselves, I cant even get a real human to talk to me. I used to think they were pretty good at customer service, but now I can see that is simply not true. User's recommendation: Products are great but you better hope you don’t have an issues with them, because I doubt anyone will try to help.
