I tried to find information on line and UTube and they only repeat what is written on the box. So I decided to call them and ask the source. I was told to check out blogs and facebook if I wanted answers ---- by a recording. And it gave a list of numbers to push if you needed to talk to any other area of the company and none for customer service (can only assume that is because they have NONE). So I pushed the other #7. Was on hold for about an hour, give or take. Someone answered and hung up on me. User's recommendation: DO NOT BUY A CRICUT! They have no help. No customer service, and no information on their machines.
