There is no back up service

For over ten years I've heard nothing from the broker that had taken on our policy. I have tryed to call Fidelity a number of time for them to send someone around to update our policies and the times I have contacted then they had told me they are still asighning someone to me. It has been over a month now and still no contact as I have expresed my consern of our cover and the receptionest had told me that we are still covered. Coming from a reseptionest it conserns me that I'm just another number that has been placed on hold until something goes wrong with us then we not covered as they will not acknowledge there wrong doing
