There is money on a Walmart Money Card that belongs to me

A relative placed $19,200 on a Walmart Money Card for me to help pay for my surgery. I am supposed to have the life saving procedure done but I can not schedule until I have the funds to pay the surgeon and the hospital. The money on the card is to help pay for the surgeon and the hospital. I have called Walmart and tried to talk to them but they hang up on me. Time is running out for me and I need my funds. Please Walmart send me my certified check and save my life. I have the card as proof. User's recommendation: DO NOT GET A MONEY CARD.
