I just watched my TV and I came across the ad for the sewing machine sold at this online store. I have always wanted to have it and no need to say I went to my computer and searched the item. It was priced not like they said on TV, but much higher. I compared the price for the machine on another major online retailer site and saw that they had better deals with free shipping. Did they just put a lot of money to advertise themselves in a dishonest way? Beware as they say one price but mean another.

I ordered four items, delivery was very long, but the package arrived and what I saw? there was only 2 items out of 4. When I wrote to the custom support, I was told that they only sent what was in stock, are you serious? ? I wasn't even told that the product was out of stock, and they thought that I would not notice that something was missing. Very strange attitude towards the client.

I didn't understand their refund system. For some reason, only part of the money was returned to me and they did not explain why.
