Im using an international/ non China credit card for payment. The first time I tried to pay, the system displayed an error because of security issue. I called their hotline, the person on the phone sent me an email with link to upload my particulars for verification. Issue solved and I made payment. Come my second time for purchase, same problem again. Im using the same credit. Cant taobao or alipay system recognise its the same card? User's recommendation: Good luck if you’re using non China bank cards.
