Never in my life have I been spoken to by a "Customer Service" Representative. Party Pop has absolutely no Customer Service standards whatsoever! Even their manager was extremely rude and have not a care in the world for their clients valid complaints. Their harassing sales methods are despicable. It consists of asking you what your current methods of advertising are, then scolding you and attempting to make you feel inferior, thus bullied into purchasing ad space from them. Even after specifically stating that you dont want ANY phone calls or sales calls, they leave false messages stating they just want you to call back to make sure they have the correct contact information. After owning a successful business for over 10 years, I have never been spoken to so rudely in all my life. It's disgusting the lack of standards they have in their business. They should be ashamed of themselves for the mind games they play. Absolutely DISGUSTING!!!
