Their billing method is REALLY BAD!

1.They notified us that we were delinquent about paying our bill. Turns out they were really late depositing our check. 2. The next statement that we were late came the day after the bill arrived. 3. I called three times and was hanged up on the first two times. 4. I talked to the consumer rep. She claimed the fault was with the post office. She had no response to the fact that the "Late Payment" arrived the day after the bill. 5. I told them that we are looking for a new alarm company and they asked if it was OK to terminate our contract immediately. I told them we are LOOKING for a new provider. User's recommendation: Find someone else.
