Theft of refund of $196.80 by Cheap Fare Guru Employee

On February 28, 2020 I booked a flight on Sun Country Airlines through Cheap Fare for $216.80. Due to COVID I cancelled my flight and received a credit of $196.80. Today I tried to schedule a flight, and was told that the balance was $0, I was told that when I cancelled the credit was applied to the company that booked the flight, and that the credit had been used.
