Frustratingly poor communicator, repeatedly no shows for appointments, undependable and fails to keep his word. May 20: We hired him to fix front irrigation system & paid $300 on $600 estimate. He disappeared. June 8th: Did the work, said everything in good working order & accepted balance owed PLUS an additional $120. June 9: Front irrigation system not working at all. June 18: Last ten days has dodged every effort to finish work he started. We are assuming he has abandoned the job and left us out $720. We are having to start over again, will continue to hand water and begin the Small Claims Court process. I have an estimate in writing but unable to get your system to accept it.
