THE WORST TICKET SERVICE EVER!

I bought a ticket to a Broadway play with $34.50 service charge. They couldn't tell me what seat I had (I was trying to sit near friends), sent the ticket by mail for $15 (I guess it was the default option? Who sends by mail!). When I called immediately to ask about the specific seat and to change to email delivery, I was told they couldn't do anything. When I then asked to cancel, they couldn't do that. My friends used a different service, paid much less, got specific seats. I called customer service to complain; they didn't do anything (even talking to a manager), but transferred me for a $25 rebate, which turned out just to be an offer to sign up for a rewards program that was already on their website and the ticket receipt. DON'T USE BIGSTUB!!!!!
