Worst company ive dealt with for a while! Was approved for a loan....loan officer made a mistake and input the wrong account number for my bank...funds sent to the wrong account...i call to complain...they tell me i have to wait for the funds to be returned to them....i wait...the next week i call back...they make me REAPPLY....then i get denied! Within a week! After giving them the SAME info i provided to them on the original application (which they could still see in the system btw).....asked to speak manager...was told the same thing...that "they cant see the reason for the denial"...but i would receive and email explaining the reason....i get the email....it says i have to "write a request and mail it in" in order to reveive a reason why i was denied.....SO...i was approved, THEY made a mistake, then i was denied for the same exact loan amount within a week of originally being approved....HORRIBLE company! Now i cant afford to get my winter tires on like i had hoped.....side note: i was originally approved for MORE money and i turned it down and asked for less initially.....horrible company!
