I went in to your store in Union Gap Washington I sat there for half hour did not get one bit of help with 5 employees working then I asked to use the restroom they said it was broken and that they will go out have a plumber come in and fix it then I was doing more shopping then they i saw a employed come out of the bathroom wash her hands Then some of the employees 5 of them were still sitting around and I still had not gotten any help.i asked could i use the restroom and they told me it was broke and then I said well I just saw this lady walk out of the bathroom from using the bathroom in the event starts stuttering and I said I will take my business elsewhereare just I was looking at a $500 pair of Ostridge boots but I think I'll have to go find them Elsewhere where never Have I had such poor customer service I'm 57 years old I had worked all my life and I saved a lot of money and I was just trying to get a pair of boots but I will tell all my friends about the service I I received at the book burn been so insulted User's recommendation: It was the worse Soo customer service I've ever received in any kind of retail store.
