Poor service
This is my first time contacting a iExpress company and I am judging that customer service is very low! 15. 03. 19 I ordered a TV set from 1a.org. 14. 03. 19 I received an SMS that I will receive my package from 18:00 to 19:00! So I demanded from my work place to get home sooner! At home, the courier calls and says that in 15 minutes there will be and adds that I need a copy of the passport! I was amazed because nowhere was it written to me that I would need one. I talked to the courier that I will get a copy within 15 minutes!
