I was trying to sell my house "as is", I didn't want to make anymore repairs, my agent knew this. She allowed me to go into a contract with a buyer that went FHA, they don't do "as is". This has cost me $6000 above the price that I deducted $10,000 so the buyer could make their own repairs. This person has 30 years experience she knew they would make me make all the repairs but said nothing.
