The worst experience ever

I had experience with the company a year and a half ago, and it left only the worst impressions. I bought the bicycle for my wife and it didn't take me too long to understand that the product is of bad quality. The pedals didn't run smoothly making annoying sounds, the touchscreens and internet connection were baggy. As they don't care about the quality they don't care about the customer's support. I wanted to give them a chance to resolve the problems but they failed and just feed me with the prepared answers they use for all the requests. They know about the flow of their products but don't do anything about it. What is most important, their suggestions are useless. Every time I tried to ride the bike I had new surprises. I highly recommend you avoid this company.
