THE WORST customer support.

Currently on hold for tech support..after waiting on hold for nearly 45 minutes for the representative (who is currently "helping other callers"). Then got cut off and had to call back again to be number 10 in the que. Tried to call on a different line and hooked into billing (they picked right up!) then transferred me back to the same tech support line, but not before telling me that there is nothing the company can do about the long wait time. Terrible customer support. Terrible. I wonder if their employees have the time to sit on the phone waiting for someone to pick up for over an hour. Terrible. User's recommendation: Find another option.
