The WORST Customer Service Regarding Payments

The wrong check was placed in the kia car finance envelope, kia deposited the check for $5,000 even though it was NOT made out to them in NOVEMBER 2020. Since I discovered this in early December I have called Kia Finance every 1-2 weeks regarding the reimbursement of the funds and every phone call I'm told they can only send an email to the finance department to request this. Here we are in March and I'm again on the phone waiting for another manager as I AGAIN was told no reimbursement has been made and all she can do is send an email. This is the worst service I have ever received from anyone!!! I'm furious at this point. User's recommendation: Right now they are looking live theives to me!
