The worst customer service I have ever had.
First week October I ordered (2) legstands to my television. I broke one right out of the box. I never received the order. I was told repeatedly that they were on back order. I make another call and speak to someone who sees no record of my order. She reorders them and says it is free of charge. (I already paid for them!!!) So I finally get them (it) there was only one and of course it is the ONE!!!!!!!!!!!! On on the phone again and speaking to someone who lets me know that they will re-order the part free of charge. (I already paid for the part!!!!!!!!!!!!!!) I am so over this. I will never buy another LG item again. I am telling everyone I know about my experience and asking them to share it on fb also. UNSATISFACTORY User's recommendation: DON'T BUY LG unless your ready for a customer service nightmare.
