The worst customer service ever. Because there is no customer service. They are only able to offer a ‘run-around’ waste of time, money, and energy. Stay away.

They are disingenuous. They offer you one plan, then when you receive your first bill, they bill you for something entirely different. Trying to get a hold of someone is nearly impossible, and when you finally connect, they say they cannot help you. It is a zero-sum outcome. Horrible, awful, waste of time. User's recommendation: Stay away, stay far away.
