The worst customer service ever along with fraudulent sales practices.

As an employee of Mercedes Benz of Portland I was excited to purchase a 2003 Mini Cooper S back in November of 2013 from my company. I figured I would get a great deal and have no issues being an employee. I WAS WRONG!!!! This company who is owned by Lithia motors has done nothing right from day one. The car had several issues and I have asked them to fix these issues. They have had the car now for 3 months or more total since November 14 2013. I have been paying for a car I cant drive. I asked them to take the car back and give me my money back and they have refused. I no longer work for Lithia motors and would advise anyone who is thinking of doing business with them not too. They are dishonest and provide poor customer service. I was dismissed as of January from the company and would never go back. Their business practices are wrong. BEWARE!!!!!!!
