The WORST customer service !!

I called on Jan 5 to return a jacket that I had purchased for my wife for Christmas. I was told that if I wanted a refund that the item would to have been returned by Jan 3 . So if you purchase from them for the holidays, you have a little over a week to get your money back , after that it's store credit only and they will hit you with a restocking fee . They don't return phone calls , emails only .
