I spend over $50.000 on Asia Inflatable. I bought 8 inflatables that arrive late to destination. The first time we where inflating a big slide it literally exploded. I spoke with the sales agent and the only thing they give are excuses no solutions. Two days ago i had a really big event with 1500 people and 2h before the event started we where inflating the same slide and exploded again. I had to pay two reparations and Guangzhou Asia Inflatables didnt asume the costs of the reparation. The price of the inflatable is $10.000 plus the two reparation bills i had to pay ($1700). I asked the sales officer called Grace to replace the product. Her answer was that it was the first time they build this kind of inflatable and they are looking for the answer. One month has passed and they are still looking for a answer that would never come. I hardly recommend you not to buy any products that belong from this company. Also they sent me bunjee cords that broke the first week.
