The wind shield I purchased some time ago from you has cracked. Passenger side from the bottom up.

As I was saying the wind shield started cracking from the bottom up with no visible sign of impact from anything. I purchased the glass from you but not sure of exact date of purchase. In my opinion it should be replaced at no charge but of course its almost impossible to speak with anybody from your company. If you would like to give me a call that would be great at [protected] and if I miss your call please leave a message. Also I waited 2 hours on your chat line it's a joke. Finally when I was down to 2nd in line it said no agents are available and cut me off. I hope to hear from you soon. Jeff
