I have tried for years to deal with this idiot company. They are completely worthless! There is no need to even use there services because none of them work and their employees are just as clueless as the people calling for help. Once you waste your time setting up to register to use it, it will tell you the user id or password you just set up wont work. So once you reset it and finally get in you'll get a message that it doesnt happen often but youll have to copy off a page and mail it in to them. Are you serious? I'm here to get my information but now I have to call back to get the help of some incompetent person who knows less than I do? Oh and here's the kicker, if you put in another company you've worked for, you have to re-register all over again. So, if you have had 15 employers you register 15 times!!! How can this be a company someone actually uses. A baby could come up with a more effective system in this technical era.
