Need to send email to the appropriate person or person's This is the 2nd weekend in a row I ordered from the Downtown Buffalo location. I am writing to you including both of my experiences. I was willing to let a bad experience go and gave them the chance to redeem themselves this week. Let me start with my experience last Saturday. I ordered my meal online and picked up. I Arrived ontime however had to wait over 15 min for an employee saw me. I gave them a break seeing it was the end of the night that they were getting things ready to get out of there after all the orders we gone. I received my order and walked to the car. My wife noticed that our drinks were missing so she came back in with me and thw waiter took another 10 minutes to see us. When he came up this time I felt like we were bothering him. He went into the back after we let him know we were missing our drinks. He then came back up and checked our receipt which i can understand then went and made the drinks. So now as I said I was on time for my order but now having to wait for a total of 25ish minutes before it was straightened out. So we figured that was our "mix up" of the order. I wish that was the case however it was only the beginning, my wife has never experienced a steak and shrimp dinner from Fridays and thats all i had talked about the week leading up to the order. When we opened the package of course the food was beyond cold. The steak was very overcooked and we were missing items. Also I ordered her sauteed shrimp they gave her fried. The ribs were incredibly dried out. The wrong salad dressing and non of the sides of whiskey sauce we had paid for. Besides the steak dinner I aslo ordered the slider kids meal. We enjoyed that dinner more than the The restaurant was already closed for the evening so I called the following afternoon (Sunday 5/17) I asked to speak with the manager, she was very rushed when she came onto the phone and I didnt even explain the entire mistake before she offered a refund or for our order to be remade. I chose to have the order remade, a fast apology, I had thought maybe I would be asked if I would like a desert or an appetizer. I was ok that she had offered to remake it and without my drinks ( which I was never refunded for) I again picked it up. This time I was greeted much faster so I figured we were doing better already It was cold again when I got home which is about 7-8 minutes away. I figured hey its better than having to cook dinner so we heated it up. The steak was dry, however I assumed it was because of having to reheat. So we just gave up and ate the meal and moved on. I was going to e-mail your company last weekend however I gave them a pass and figured we would order again the upcoming week and on a different night thinking if they were less busy we would have better luck. Again we ordered from the downtown location abput 8:30-9:00ish, this time through Uber eats for delivery. First thing I noticed is the prices are increased on the app plus I am unable to use promo codes or the coupon I had received in my email for joining. This time I ordered the 6oz whiskey steak and shimp with extra shrimp Also a whisky 1/2" whiskey ribs meal. Both with the loaded mash potatoes, and again the sliders kids meal. We ordered about 7- 8 sides of the whiskey sauce. Uber eats dropped off over 20 minutes late. So you know we are already upset waiting. All i could think was if this order is wrong the restuarant would be closed before I had a chance to call. After opening the bag and wondering why there didnt seem like enough containers. After taking everything out and checking it against the reciept. We did not receive any of the 7 or 8 whiskey sauces. There was only 1 order of shrimp and the rib meal was missing. My steak was not cooked medium, I even ordered it less cooked this week unlike last week, it was so bad I had my wife put it in a baggie and bring it because it was so bad. thekids meal cheeseburgers were black so overcooked. Now I am already telling my wife and she called right away because I wanted to catch someone at the restaurant because I was coming to at least get the sauces. Well I shpuld have just left rather than calling. We waited on hold for the manager over 14 minutes and they never picked up. ( we have pictures) I told my wife lets go. I threw the cheeseburgers out after taking pictures. I dont think anyone would have eaten them they were so hars. My wife called the restaurant back this time getting the answering service that had asked whoch location we ordered from. After my wife told her she said she just received another call from a customer that also didnt receive all of there order. We let her know we were ln our way to the location. She had told us she was on the phone with the manager at the location. When we pulled up an employee was coming outside and began smoking maybe 5 feet outside the door. Their we 2 people in front of us, they had let us know they had been waiting for there waiting 20 minutes for their order and that was the manger that walked past us to go have a cigarette. We patiently waited for her to come back in and explained the issues. We had let her know, we really only wanted the sauces fir the evenings and we would eat the mashed potatoes and the shrimp and call the next day and explain. She yelled to the back asking if they had any sirloins laying around. She came back and said she didn't have any however after reviewing our receipt realized we were missing a lot. She did attempt to make it the best meal she could. Sending us with a 1/2" rack of ribs , mashed potatoes and our sauces. I asked since I couldn't enter the code online if I could get my desert now and just show her the coupon. She was about 5-10 min and came back up with a bag and said she did the best she could and put a piece of cinnamon cheesecake in there for us and to keep our coupon for next time. Because I am in the middle of moving I did not have time to call today and do plan to call tomorrow but this time I decided I wasn't letting it slide and was contacting you regarding these issues hoping maybe you could help the situation. I am not looking fir a free meal or meals. I am looking for the correct meals I ordered. In the past if my order had an issue I was credited for the price and also had the meal remade. Which I thought it was odd that it did not happen last weekend. I honestly can tell you I dont think I want to try again. At this point refund my card and I will not order from there again. At this time those of us that still are working are extremely lucky, this doesn't mean that I want to throw 50.00 away every weekend. Also thinking that they are concentrating on take out only meals that it would be amazing. I was way way wrong. Unfortunately I will not even come in after everything is reopened. Not once but twice I was not happy and given the wrong items. I need ti apologize fir the long email but I feel as though someone needed to know. I hope someone looks i to this.
