The Warranty Group backing out of getting product fixed
Simply, it took 3 days for my family to get heat in our house beacuse the company couldn't find out why the furnance was on fire inside my house and setting off smoke and Carbon Dioxide detectors!! I had to get another company on my own to find the problems and replace the unit. Since it took days for the company to come back and see the broken unit ,and he agreed that he missed the problem. Now, the Warranty Group is giving me flack about any financial retrubutions..because the unit was taken out.. And they never communicate to the company and the people who bought thier home warranty properly.
