First off the phone reception was horrible. We requested a jump we were told it would be an hour wait they showed up 2 hrs later we ended up needing a tow ,the tow supposedly had been dispatched come to find out it had not been dispatched long story short it was several hours before the car was picked up and towed to the repair facility. I will be cancelling my policy with this company asap.
