Customer service will NOT call me and help me resolve my issue. Ive emailed about 20 times and you guys haven't fixed it yet. User's recommendation: The customer service doesn't help with anything and the service is *** I bought the Gl300 and it says its a gl200 on the website and I paid for my monthly premium plan and it hasn't worked yet. it says its in new York Nd cant transmitt. I live kn the west coast.
