The seller hasn’t given the tracking number

We bought helicopter from the website www.symatoystore.com. We have ordered it 4 weeks before our son’s birthday, but the seller told us that it was sent 4 weeks ago. But we hoped to get the tracking number, and the seller still hasn’t provided it. We emailed the seller and asked to tell us where the order was, but this person ignored us all the time. It was unacceptable and inappropriate from their side to behave like this.
