The seller got the order back and still hasn’t sent new one

I won’t buy from Housefull Furniture and my deal with them hasn’t been very successful. I have ordered the product from them, but it arrived already defective. The seller excused and asked to return the order back, so I sent it back and hasn’t heard from the seller again. He didn’t provide any details and didn’t tell me what has happened with my order. I am very upset about the whole situation.
