I made an oppointment, took a day off work to make it, and got there only to find out that my appointment had been canceled without notice (because my appointment was made — by them! — for a doctor other than the one I saw last — years ago). Instead of apologizing for THEIR mistake, they asked me to sit so they could ask doctor if he would see me. Three d**n hours later, I’m still sitting, waiting so as not to have wasted the entire day. Moreover, several other patients in waiting room have similar complaints/are equally furious. If you want to go somewhere where your time isn’t respected at all, as if they’re doing you a favor by seeing you, deal with Advantage Care.
