Dr Horton has not been transparent with the homeowners here.Nothing they stated is not true or they play pass the buck and not respond to emails. I been trying for 2 months and some homeowners here for 8 months with no prevail. We have , flooding and there HOA fees they said was 40% off the true number just to keep this community running and we have no amenities. User's recommendation: Ask to see everything in writing BEFORE you close.
