We hired Buerck Wallscapes to rebuild our existing retaining walls in September 2009. It has been a year now, September 2010, and the project is not completed. The walls failed the final County inspection due to stair related problems and the company is not willing to make the necessary field corrections to pass the inspection. My biggest mistake was to make the full payment before the final wall inspection. The company's service quality changed drastically for the worse in 2010. They are ignoring my phone calls/e-mails.
