Management makes choices that as a lifetime business owner cannot understand multiple people standing behind the counter doing nothing while the whole craft beverage section is shut down not the first time I've seen it it's a regular Occurrence at more than one location customer service is fairly nice but when manager or Zone Manager contact you very rude
