Update by user Apr 23, 2021 Another month and still no contact from the company. There is no way to contact them. I have purchased one form competitor which works well and has great customer support. Original review posted by user Mar 24, 2021 I was able to uplaod my photos but cannot get them back. The photostick is not recognized. Customer Service does not respond to any emails. Will not take phone calls. RIP OFF User's recommendation: Don't buy.
