The poorest network I’ve ever used

Vodacom isn't what I expected, the lack of empathetic sincere service is poor, sadly I'm regrettably disappointed with changing my network. Being new to the network I queried the services not knowing how to do anything or understand the options, turns out I purchased a 500 vodacom min now being stick with a very high bill, I wasn't aware that this was taking place, what a weak way of being a secure network, why is vodacom so quick to bill and not quick to explain or call to ask security questions as they do when you call in to customer care to check if the person authorizing the 500 min is fully aware of what they are purchasing or doing. I wish I never opened up a contract with this network, my airtime is always gone, airtime advances are authorized not by me, services are subscribed to not by me. WHEN DOES THIS END? I feel as if I'm in a nightmare PLS HELP
