The package was not delivered
Last month I purchased some decor. The carrier and the courier told me that it was delivered but in fact I received nothing, it is like some mysterious story. The representative of the company accepted my claim but I haven’t still received any response, now I want my items to arrive or my claim to be accepted. If they can not deliver the furniture, then I am waiting for refund of my money that was paid.
